Delete your Loky account

How to ask

Email support@getloky.app with the subject Delete my Loky account, from the email address on your account (or tell us that address). If you never made an account, write from any address and tell us roughly when you installed Loky; we can then find your anonymous profile.

We confirm within two working days and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address and sign-in details.
• Your profile and onboarding answers: name, age, screen-time answers, goals and bedtime.
• Your focus sessions, receipts, streak, XP and level.
• The link between your account and your subscription status.

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of payments that we must keep by law. Payments themselves are handled by Apple or Google; RevenueCat keeps the subscription receipt record for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• App analytics events in Google Firebase, which are tied to an app-instance identifier rather than your name or email, and are deleted automatically after Firebase’s retention period (at most 14 months).

The apps you picked and your app usage on Android never leave your phone, so there is nothing of that on our side to delete. Uninstalling Loky removes them.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
